MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION
The liquid end can be in cast iron, in cast steel FEG 45VR, in stainless steel AISI 304, in stainless steel
AISI 316 and in special alloys with hardness up to 500HB.
The shaft and the sleeve of the standard construction are in stainless steel X30Cr13. The sleeve can be
hardened or ceramic coated (hardness 63 HRc). The bearing bracket is always in cast iron.

APPLICATIONS
Paper industry
To handle paper stock till max 2,5% concentration. (For higher concentrations select our torque flow impeller pumps type RKC or our RAC pumps with specail impeller for high efficiency).
Recovery waters, drity waters, waste water.

Sugar industry
To handle light and clarified juices, limed juice, raw juice, clouded juice, carbonatation juices, refinery syrups, drip
waters with pulp in suspension, waste water, milk of lime.

Sewage treatment systems
Screened waters, clear waters, clouded waste waters, activated sludge.

Chemical industry
Handling of abrsive media, corrosive, clean and turbid fluids, wastes, muds, brackish waters, waters with foreign bodies.

PERFORMANCES
Capacity up to 800m3/h.
Total dynamic head up to 70m I.c.
Standard speed 1470 RPM.
Suction height varies with he pump capacity and can reach 8 m W.C..
When handling hot media near their boiling point, pump must operate under positive suction head.
